Announcements
The drop box on the porch has proven to be many clients' preferred method of drop-off, and it will remain a permanent fixture of the business. At this point, I can schedule a limited number of appointments each week for clients who wish to meet in-person. Quilt pick-ups will be done via the drop box in order to maximize my quilting time.

Turnaround Time
At this point, I can no longer promise that a quilt can be done in time for Christmas for anyone who isn’t already in the queue. I have started a waitlist for those individuals who would still like to try to have a quilt longarmed in time for the holidays. Sometimes clients in the queue end up not completing their quilts, and spots then open up at the end of the line. I also build in an extra week for sickness, a broken machine, or worst of all, ripping out stitching if I make a mistake. Hopefully none of that time will be needed, and I will be able to fit in a few extra quilts from the waitlist in December.
I will take time off from December 21 to January 6 to spend time with my family during their Christmas breaks. The machines will be back up and running on January 7th!
Currently, my turnaround time is about (don't forget refresh your browser when checking this):

What to expect when you drop off a quilt:
- Call, text, email, or message me via Facebook when you are ready to drop off a quilt.
- Before you drop off, take time to look through the Patterns and Samples section of my website. There you will find every pattern I have as well as sample pictures of each one on previous client quilts.
- Backing and batting should be 4" larger than the quilt to on each side of the quilt (top, bottom, left, right). If it is less than this, we may need to apply leaders to get it to size (see pricing page for this service). If the backing is much larger, you can leave it as such and I can get it down to size (no charge for this).
- I offer a variety of types of Hobbs and Quilters Dream batting. My batting is on large rolls, so I am able to cut the exact width you need and it has minimal creases it it; however, you are welcome to bring your own batting if you prefer.
- There is a weatherproof deck box on my porch in which quilts can be left. Please have your quilts in a bag and labeled with your name. Fill out the order form (located at the top of this page) with the needed information. Feel free to send me a text or give me call once you drop off so I can make sure to retrieve it in a timely manner. We do have a camera on our doorbell, so I am able to receive notifications when there is motion on our porch. If you prefer to discuss your quilt in-person, please contact me and we can schedule a time to meet.
- I accept checks, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay as payment.
